It is a wonderful learning experience giving insight to navigating the mind to remain in true self in unpleasant situations.
To highlight the most important feature pertaining to self:
    – Many of the unhappiness or depression situations could be a corollary of Anger. It needs further dissection through deeper retrospection – room for further improvement.
    – We practice silence. Through one state of mind, ek ras sthiti, we could easily over come reacting to unpleasant situations. But when comment is made with expectation of a response many a times we miss the point in the process of silence, no wonder a quality of BABA, for which He is also known as ” bholenath”. We should not be too much Bholenath but an intelligent alert.
